Ugh, this show is so stupid. I dunno why I watch these things. Jen turned down both guys. I don’t know why people go on these shows, it never works out for any of them. Are any of these reality tv couples still together? I think the only one might be Trista and the guy she chose. Or did they break up too? Anyway, I need to stop watching these silly shows.

More about Paris
February 21, 2005Among the people whose e-mail addresses and numbers were publicized: Academy Award-winner Adrien Brody, Ashley Olsen, tennis greats Andy Roddick and Mark Philippoussis, model Amber Valletta, Jay-Z (under his real name Shawn Carter and actor Luke Wilson.
Paris’ Blackberry also includes her sister, parents, best friend Nicole Richie, Jermaine Dupri, Vin Diesel, Eminem, Shannon Elizabeth, Frankie "Malcolm in the Middle" Muniz, Miami party girl Ingrid Casares, tennis beauty Anna Kournikova, rocker Fred Durst, Christina Aguilera, Avril Lavigne, Lindsay Lohan and her mother, Victoria Gotti, hip-hop star Pharrell Williams, rock heiress Bijou Phillips, lip-syncher Ashlee Simpson, heir Brandon Davis, singer Blu Cantrell, "Boston Legal" actress Rhona Mitra, singer Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas, actress Peta Wilson, Leelee Sobieski, Cher’s son Elijah Blue Allman and Yoko Ono flack Elliot Mintz.
There are also numbers stored for the kind of restaurants and hotels only Paris might frequent: Mr. Chow, La Scala, The Soho Grand, Koi, plus New York’s Prive hair salon.
There are the kind of odd friends with whom you might not associate with Paris: criminal defense attorney Robert Shapiro, San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom, the daughter of Pocket Fisherman inventor Ron Popeil and the son of director Ivan Reitman.
There’s also rap and fashion entrepreneur Russell Simmons, rocker Matt Sorum of Velvet Revolver, the daughter of Rod and Alana Stewart, Anders Eisner (son of Disney chief Michael), Warner Music’s Lyor Cohen (misspelled "Leore"), actor Kevin Connolly from "Entourage," Las Vegas hotelier George Maloof, Super Dave Osbourne and Donald Trump competitor Mark Cuban.
In addition, there are some clues to Paris’ personality and education in the notations that came along with this stuff. She spells a foreign country "jermeny." She has a number for a tattoo-removing dermatologist in Beverly Hills. She wants to do business with music exec Andre Harrell and is interested in a "hive movie" at Miramax.
On October 8, 2004, she text messaged a friend named Naomi (Campbell perhaps?): "Do you wanna leave soon, ill pretend I hsve (sic) 2 go pee and u wait 3 mins than come by yourself to the back entrance."
And don’t think that Paris isn’t clever enough to have connections at the tabloids or entertainment TV shows. She has the private instant messaging addresses for Pat O’Brien at "The Insider," Ken Baker at US Weekly and Smokey Fontaine, editor of the hip-hop fashion monthly America magazine.

Valentine’s Day Dinner
February 14, 2005
Oh wow, Valentine’s Day was amazing. We had a wonderful dinner at The Melting Pot. We had the following menu items:Banana Berry Betweenie: Bringing the banana split to the next level! Fresh banana, lime and orange with Sauza Gold Premium Tequila and a tasty strawberry swirl.
Fiesta Cheese Fondue: Cheddar cheese with the flavor of Mexican herbs, spices and jalapeño peppers, and salsa. Served with crisp tortilla chips.
Chef’s Salad: Crisp greens with Roma tomatoes, cucumbers, sliced eggs,
California Salad: Mixed baby salad greens, Roma tomatoes, walnuts, and Buttermilk Bleu Cheese, topped with homemade Raspberry Black Walnut Vinaigrette Dressing.
The Vegetarian Entree: An array of fresh season vegetables, tofu, artichoke hearts,
Chocolate S’mores Fondue: Fresh strawberries, bananas, and pineapple, plus cheesecake, tasty nutty marshmellows, pound cake and brownies for you to dip into our decadent chocolate fondue recipes. Milk chocolate fondue topped with marshmallow cream, flambéed to toast the marshmallow and then garnished with crushed Graham crackers. Also included Graham crackers for dipping.

September 18, 20041) Turn signals will give away your next move. A real New Jersey driver never uses them. Use of them in Trenton may be illegal.
2) Under no circumstances should you leave a safe distance between you and the car in front of you, or the space will be filled in by somebody else putting you in an even more dangerous situation.
3) Crossing two or more lanes in a single lane-change is considered "going with the flow."
4) The faster you drive through a red light, the smaller the chance you have of getting hit.
5) Never get in the way of an older car that needs extensive bodywork.
6) Braking is to be done as hard and late as possible to ensure that your ABS kicks in, giving a nice, relaxing foot massage as the brake pedal pulsates. For those of you without ABS, it’s a chance to stretch your legs.
7) Electronic traffic warning signs are not there to provide useful information. They are only there to make Trenton look high-tech, and to distract you from seeing the state police radar car parked on the median.
8) Never pass on the left when you can pass on the right.
9) Speed limits are arbitrary figures, given only as suggestions, and are apparently not enforceable during rush hour.
10) Always slow down and rubberneck when you see an accident, or even if someone is just changing a tire.
11) Throwing litter on the roads adds color to the landscape and gives Adopt-a-Highway crews something to clean up.
12) It is assumed that state police cars passing at high speed may be followed in the event you need to make up a few minutes on your way to work, or the beach.
13) Heavy snow, ice, fog, and rain are no reasons to change any of the previously listed rules. These weather conditions are God’s way of ensuring a natural selection process for body shops, junkyards, and new vehicle sales.

September 8, 20041. Book a standard room in a 4-star hotel for approximately $85 a nite through Expedia.
2. Book a deluxe room with a jacuzzi in a 3-star hotel for approximately $102 a nite through Expedia.
3. Bid $60 - $70 per nite for a 4-star hotel through Priceline. We may or may not get a hotel with Priceline for this price, but if so, we have to take it. We cannot cancel our reservation. We can specify what star rating we want our hotel to be, and the fact that we want it in Niagara Falls, but other than that, we cannot make any specific requests about the room type.
Should we go with one of the rooms on Expedia? Or should we try Priceline to see if we can get something better?
**** Edit: Just looking over at Priceline, and I think it’s automatically choosing another area in addition to the downtown area. When I first start up, I’m only checking off Niagara Falls... after going through the next few screens, I notice that for region, it says: Niagara - St Catherine’s Region. Now I’m a little worried.

August 23, 2004? Saturday: Worked 8:15 am - 2:00 pm volunteering at the Paterson community center to help promote Wamu. Spent most of the day making a free food sign and standing outside the place with Jake and some of my co-workers trying to get people into the center. It was crazy.
Afterwards, we trekked over to Queens to meet up with ??
killfurbydead and
nomiyomi. It was nice seeing John again, since we haven’t seen him in 8 months. His girlfriend is really nice too. It took us about 2 hours to get to Queens because of traffic and getting lost. Stupid mapquest! We ended up eating Indian food for the first time at Tandoor. What a great restaurant. I’m so glad they suggested it, because we might have never tried it on our own. ? Sunday: Went to Palisades Mall with Jake, Kristina, and Brian. Picked up a cute shirt and skirt for the Sweet 15 party for Jessy’s sister. Had dinner at Houlihan’s. Played Trivial Pursuit DVD edition until we almost passed out.
This weekend was spent listening to music by: The Shins, Weezer, Superdrag, Ben Folds, Green Day, Ryan Adams, Jawbreaker, Jets to Brazil, Jet, and Nerf Herder.
We’re both off work tomorrow. Yay.
Time to pass out. Bye bye.
